We realize that nurturing the human connection in healthcare faces special challenges when patients are in isolation. Among the resources available to you now, we are offering our Tell Me More® for COVID-19 Care as a free downloadable kit. This simple tool encourages a patient to share personal details on a wall poster, which helps patients transcend their diagnosis and build stronger connections with their healthcare team.
