Registration Fees

All presenters are required to register for the conference. Early-bird discounts do not apply to moderator, presenter, resident, or student registration fees, as these fees are already discounted. Fees are listed below in U.S. dollars.

Gold Partners Council Members: $499

Note on GHHS Day (March 2): The final day of the conference will feature the work of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, including an induction ceremony, a session on dreams for a more humanistic world, and short presentations on GHHS projects in a “Gold Mining” session. All conference registrants are welcome to attend; if you are planning to stay through March 2, please check the box for GHHS Day on your registration.

By registering, you are giving us permission to add you to the Gold Foundation email list and receive, among other emails, notifications about the upcoming conference and our monthly News & Notes emails. Your information will not be given out nor sold. You can unsubscribe at any time.

By attending the event, you are giving the Gold Foundation permission to record and share your photographic image and any comments, both during the event and in the future.

The Gold Foundation is committed to a humanistic culture at our events. We expect all attendees to be respectful and engage in civil discourse, even when we might disagree. Harassment and offensive comments are prohibited and can result in expulsion without a refund. We appreciate you helping make this a special event of compassion, listening, and greater understanding for all of us.

Cancellation Policy

A refund, minus a $50 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received via email to the conference planning committee at summit@gold-foundation.org on or before December 1, 2023. No refunds will be issued after December 1, 2023.

If you cannot attend after you registered, you may find a substitute for your registration. Send your name and the name, email, position, and organization of the person substituting for you in writing by February 1, 2024, to summit@gold-foundation.org, so that we may ensure the information is updated for badges and other conference materials. One substitution is allowed for each original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution, as well as updating any contact information. Exceptions to the substitution deadline will be made for registrants who provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test and per CDC guidelines as of the date of testing, you would be unable to attend the event; other extenuating circumstances will be considered. Late substitutions will likely not be updated on badges or other conference materials.
