Staging and AV
All rooms will be equipped with the following items:

- Two wireless handheld microphone
- Laptop

Your bio, headshot & session info
Please submit a short bio (250 words) and high-resolution headshot by July 30, 2019.
Submit a brief summary of your session (50-100 words) that includes the following:
- Your name
- Presentation title
- Objective of your presentation
Abstract (MTL community only)
Please submit a brief abstract that includes the following:
- Your name
- The name of your project
- The name of the team member who will present
- The project objective
PowerPoint slides
If you would like to use PowerPoint slides for your presentation, please submit them no later than September 15, 2019. All PowerPoint slides should have the presentation title along with your name. Please upload your PowerPoint slides below.

Travel
You will need to book your own air and ground transportation and hotel accommodations.
The summit is taking place at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. For more information about the hotel, please click here. Due to limited space at Renaissance Orlando, we recommend that you book your room before July 15, 2019. If you choose not to stay at the Renaissance Orlando, below is a list of nearby hotels:

Attire
The suggested attire is business casual for the summit and related events.
Social events
The GHHS & MTL Symposium poster session and reception will be held on Sunday, October 27, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served and are included with the cost of registration. This event is open to all MTL grantees and GHHS members.
Conference meals
Complimentary breakfast and lunch, along with coffee and tea, will be offered at the venue each day.
