S. Andrew Schaffer

Mr. Schaffer is a Senior Fellow, Center for Research in Crime and Justice, New York University School of Law. He served as Deputy Commissioner for Legal Matters at the NYC Police Department. He also held titles of Senior VP, General Counsel and Secretary of New York University.
