Patricia S. Sexton, MS, DHEd, FNAOME

Patricia S. Sexton, MS, DHEd, FNAOME is the Associate Dean for Curriculum and tenured Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at A.T. Still University, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCOM). She has over 30 years of experience in osteopathic medical education and research. As Associate Dean, Dr. Sexton oversees curriculum and assessment for years 1 – 4 of medical education, works with sponsored residency program faculty, and chairs faculty development for the medical school. She is Chair-Elect of the Gold Humanism Honor Society Advisory Council. Dr. Sexton works nationally and internationally to promote sound medical education practices aimed at creating compassionate and competent physicians to improve patient care and society.
