Eileen M. Sullivan-Marx, PhD, RN
Eileen Sullivan-Marx is the Dean of the New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing and the Erline Perkins McGriff Professor of Nursing, a top-ranked school of nursing in education, research, and innovation. She is the current President of the American Academy of Nursing (AAN) leading this organization to respond to the health needs of the country during the COVID-19 pandemic. As an expert in community-based care for older adults and PACE Programs, Dr. Sullivan-Marx formerly was a Senior Advisor to the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as an American Political Science Association Health & Aging Fellow. She has been recognized for her community work in New York City during Superstorm Sandy by Village Cares, the 2019 Hall of Fame by Irish America, and the United Hospital Fund.
