Barbara A. Lee, PhD is Distinguished Professor of Human Resource Management at Rutgers University, where she previously served as Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs. At Bond, Schoeneck & King law firm, Dr. Lee provides higher-education clients with legal counsel in all aspects of education law. Dr. Lee co-authored the treatise The Law of Higher Education, considered one of the most recognized treatises on higher education law in the country. She is a former director for the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) and is currently editor of NACUA’s Journal of College and University Law.
