The American Association of Colleges of Nursing and The Arnold P. Gold Foundation jointly created this award to celebrate and recognize the impact of interprofessional collaboration between nurses and physicians that has fostered humanism in healthcare. We define humanism in healthcare as clinically excellent care that is kind, safe and trustworthy.
Using the form below, we welcome you to nominate a nurse-physician pair (or team of 2 nurses, 2 doctors) who are working collaboratively to deliver humanistic patient care. Please review the eligibility, criteria, and nomination requirements before submitting. Visit the main program page.
