2026 Gold Humanism Summit

We’re excited to be coming to Pittsburgh in 2026!

The 2026 Gold Humanism Summit will be held Sept. 16-18 at The Westin Pittsburgh. The call for proposals for sessions and posters at the Gold Humanism Summit is now open!

This special event brings together hundreds of practicing clinicians, faculty, students, and trainees from across the healthcare professions, as well as patients, families, and community members – all of whom believe that healthcare must be a safe, kind, and trusted space for patients and clinicians alike.

About the Sessions

Sessions are expected to be highly engaging and interactive.

Submissions will be accepted for the following general formats:

45-minute lecture-style presentation, including Q&A
45-minute panel presentation, including Q&A
45-minute workshop, with additional requirements for the abstract
Poster presentation
GHHS Day presentations (by GHHS members on Sept. 16)
