This keynote address from Day 2 of the 2021 Humanism & Healing Conference featured two nursing deans sharing their two colleges’ collaboration and strategies in addressing systemic racism.
Aims: 1) Participants will gain an understanding of methods to establish mutuality in partnership relationships that mitigate power imbalance, barriers, and propel cross research and practice learning using nursing as an exemplar 2) Participants will gain an understanding of the roles of senior leaders and faculty to support career development across a lifespan for students and faculty.
