This session will focus on ways to create an educational intervention for learners focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism. The panelists will share their experiences in creating such curricula, and discuss challenges and solutions. Aims: 1) To learn about key competencies clinicians should have to help address common health disparities/social risk factors, and how to teach and role model these competencies 2) To learn effective models of community engagement and how to identify the problem and address the need. 3) To understand challenges and solutions to implementing such a program and integrating it into the curriculum.
