Henry Schein CEO Stanley Bergman congratulates National Humanism in Medicine Honoree Dr. Louis W. Sullivan

Henry Schein, Inc., Chairman and CEO Stanley Bergman shares warm congratulations to Dr. Louis W. Sullivan, an icon of American healthcare, for his 2023 Humanism in Medicine Medal. This honor will be presented by the Gold Foundation at its Annual Gala on June 20th in New York City.

Dr. Sullivan is the former U.S. Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services; Founding Dean and President Emeritus of Morehouse School of Medicine; and a great advocate for humanism in healthcare for all. His most recent book, “We’ll Fight It Out Here: A History of the Ongoing Struggle for Health Equity,” won the Phillis Wheatley Book Award. Dr. Sullivan is a former Henry Schein Trustee and the current Co-Chairman of the Henry Schein Cares Foundation.
