Storytelling is one of the most powerful tools we have to acknowledge, distill, and share our experiences. Led by writer Judith Hannan, this workshop includes interactive prompts, as well as readings by the author.
Ms. Hannan is the author of Motherhood Exaggerated (CavanKerry Press, 2012), her memoir of discovery and transformation during her daughter’s cancer treatment and her transition into survival. Her most recent book is The Write Prescription: Telling Your Story to Live With and Beyond Illness.
This webinar provided an overview of Ms. Hannan’s upcoming workshop series, which will bring together medical professionals to write their stories in response to carefully tailored prompts. Participants will have the opportunity to share their writing, because having your stories received by loving ears can be a key part of the healing process.
