Gold Foundation at the Vineyard with Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha

Each year, the Gold Foundation hosts an event on Martha’s Vineyard to bring together our long-time supporters with those new to our nonprofit organization. In 2021, our “Vineyard” event was virtual, yet still imbued with warmth and devotion to our shared mission. Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha — 2021 Vilcek-Gold Award recipient, author of “What the Eyes Don’t See,” pediatrician, scientist, and activist — spoke about her passion for humanism in healthcare, her experiences, and the path ahead.
