New Gold Human InSight Webinar: Nursing Leadership Panel
This new Gold Human InSight Webinar features a Nursing Leadership Panel on the “Delivery of Humanistic Community-Based and Community-Responsive Care.” This presentation was taped live at the 2022 Planetree International Conference in Baltimore and will now be released to the entire Gold community.
The webinar features three nurse leaders who have been innovators in the support, building of, and delivery of humanistic community-based and community responsive care initiatives.
Kellie Bryant, DNP, WHNP, CHSE, FAAN, is currently the Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs and Simulation and Associate Professor at Columbia school of nursing’s accredited Helene Fuld Health Trust Simulation Center. Columbia University is a member of the Gold Partners Council.
Yudith Correa, MSN, RN, PHN, is an innovative leader with over 20 years of commitment to federally qualified health centers and over a decade of progressive health care leadership. She is also the recipient of the 2022 BD Gold Humanism in Community Health Innovator Award.
Ignitor: Toni Land, MBA, BSN, CPXP, is the Head of Clinical Healthcare Experience at Medallia, a Gold Corporate Council member. She has brought 33 years of experience in healthcare to her focus on strategy and solutions in impacting quality outcomes and delivering positive patient and family experiences.
The panel will explore varied healthcare settings and experiences from 3 nurse leaders who have worked in community health, hospital, academic, and corporate healthcare. Participants will leave with knowledge they can transfer and enact back in their own settings. This session is directed to nurses and healthcare professionals in community health, hospital, academic, and corporate healthcare settings.
