SHE: Systemic Health Entrepreneurs
Henry Schein, Inc., is a founding member of the Gold Corporate Council, a group of leading healthcare companies that work to elevate humanism in healthcare. Henry Schein Cares Foundation was established in 2008 by Henry Schein, Inc., a company that has long fostered a rich culture of giving back to society and serving others.
The Henry Schein Cares Foundation & CareQuest Institute for Oral Health are planning a dynamic event titled “SHE: Systemic Health Entrepreneurs”. Both the medical and dental professions historically function in silos with little collaboration between each other. Efforts have been made to promote collaboration, yet many barriers exist.
The event will jump-start a specific effort towards interprofessional collaboration in primary care by encouraging behavior change through creating events and gathering inclusive of both medical and dental team professionals.
When / Where:
The event will take place on Sunday, October 8th from 6:00 – 7:30pm PDT, at the Wynn Las Vegas 3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109, and will include an open bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres. What:
Specifically, the event will host a Family Feud-style game where participants will answer questions concerning ways to address patients presenting various indications, utilizing both medical and dental healthcare professionals. All attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the game.
Once the game concludes, attendees will be free to network with each other over complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
This event will be connected to the HLTH conference, an innovative event that brings together 10,000+ attendees focused on digital transformation within health systems. Henry Schein will also have a presence in the Systemic Health Innovation Showcase and Pavilion at the conference.
