What if you could better understand patients’ experience of humanism and compassion and build trust in healthcare? This session will identify key areas that impact patient experience and share strategies to enhance it. We will present research on an operational experience framework and tool, highlighting insights we’ve gained through a pilot with early adopters, and explore the intersection of trust, humanism, and compassion while identifying strategies that facilitate trust and collaboration.
