2020-2021 Annual Report
This Annual Report is a time capsule of two of the most historic, shattering years of our lives. The report details the work of the Gold Foundation in the dual pandemics, of COVID-19 and racism, and how we found new ways to strengthen connections in a trying time. Our Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS) National Initiatives, starting with Humanism and Healing: Structural Racism and Its Impact on Medicine, sparked many activities and a virtual conference. We launched the Gold Human InSight Webinars and the Gold Connection podcast, and supported White Coat Ceremonies and GHHS inductions in a new, virtual environment. As a small nonprofit that champions humanism in healthcare, these two years were an essential time for our mission.

2019 Annual Report
This Annual Report shares the story of a landmark year of growth. In 2019, we hosted our first Gold Humanism Summit and launched three groundbreaking new awards: the Vilcek-Gold Award for Humanism in Healthcare, the AFMC-Gold Humanism Award and Lecture, and the BD Gold Humanism in Community Health Innovator Award. We also welcomed CVS Health to the Gold Corporate Council and and achieved new levels of support from our Gold Partners Council medical school and hospital members. It was a year of expansion, and we are delighted to share it with you here.
