Tell Me More® Solidarity Week User Agreement

If your GHHS chapter or organization wishes to use Tell Me More® during Solidarity Week in 2025, which will be Feb. 10-14, please fill out the agreement below. You will receive a confirmation email of your agreement with access to the toolkit to follow.

The Gold Foundation holds Solidarity Week for Compassionate Patient Care for one week in February every year. During Solidarity Week, hospitals, medical and nursing schools, patient care facilities, Gold Humanism Honor Society chapters, and other organizations are encouraged to show their support for the importance of compassionate care and kindness toward patients.

The Gold Foundation grants organizations participating in Solidarity Week the opportunity to use the Gold Foundation’s Tell Me More® Program and the Licensed Mark for that week only. The Tell Me More ® Program was designed to facilitate communication and collaboration between members of the healthcare team and together with the patient. The institution implementing the program as part of Solidarity Week takes responsibility for supervising the implementation and rollout of the Tell Me More® program, in accordance with the guidelines found in the Tell Me More ® toolkit.

The Arnold P. Gold Foundation owns the rights to the “Tell Me More” program and associated materials (together, the “Program”), including all copyrights and the trademark TELL ME MORE (U.S. Federal Reg. No. 4981403, the “Licensed Mark”).

Therefore, the Gold Foundation is willing to grant, and the Institutional User of the Tell Me More® material and concept is willing to accept, a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Program and Licensed Mark (Tell Me More®) with Solidarity Week. No modifications of the Licensed Mark, name, or logo will be permitted. Use of the associated materials must be attributed in print as “Tell Me More®, The Arnold P. Gold Foundation”.

We hope you find this program valuable and are interested in continuing to use it beyond Solidarity Week. If you wish to use the Program beyond the Solidarity Week, or have any questions regarding this user agreement, please contact The Arnold P. Gold Foundation at
201-567-7999 or ltvito@gold-foundation.org.
