Staff at The Arnold P. Gold Foundation are committed to doing our part to foster wellbeing, increase joy in the practice of healthcare, and combat the increasing rates of depression and suicide among all clinicians.

In 2023, the Gold Humanism Honor Society hosted a series of free workshops designed to nurture well-being and provide support. The mix of in-person and virtual workshops included Connecting with and prescribing healing nature, and Grief Over Patient Loss: a collective debriefing through poetry and prose.
