Since 2012, The Arnold P. Gold Foundation has sponsored partial scholarships of $5,000 for Gold Humanism Scholars at the Harvard Macy Institute Program for Educators. The Institute brings together health care professionals, educators, and leaders to discuss the critical challenges of the day and design innovative solutions that have a lasting impact on the way medicine is practiced and students are educated.
The Foundation seeks to support medical educators working to develop and enhance educational projects specifically focused on achieving humanistic patient care that can be replicated across a variety of healthcare delivery settings.
