Co-founder Dr. Arnold P. Gold to receive Distinguished Alumnus Award from Babies Hospital at Columbia University

Join us in celebrating as our co-founder, Dr. Arnold P. Gold, world-renowned pediatric neurologist at Columbia University College of Physician and Surgeons, receives the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Babies Hospital at Columbia University.

Please mark April 20, 2018, on your calendar for the Babies Hospital Alumni Association Alumni Day. The day’s activities include the Hattie Alexander Memorial Lecture (Grand Rounds) from 8 to 9 a.m., “Preventing HIV in Babies: My Journey from A to Z (Alabama to Zambia),” presented by Sten Vermund, MD, PhD, Dean, Yale School of Public Health, Anna M.R. Lauder Professor of Public Health and Professor of Pediatrics, Yale School of Medicine.

Following the lecture, the 2018 Babies Hospital Distinguished Alumnus Award will be presented to Dr. Arnold Gold.
